Thus, a decline of 6.51 figure if compared the average value of the previous year UN. Meanwhile, for the UN SMK declined 4.45 points, from 62.11 (in 2015) to 57.66 (2016).

He stated, drop in the average value of the UN in 2016 was because the level of honesty increased, more and more schools using the national exam-based computer, grating UN that no longer detail so that students must master competencies.

There is a possibility that decreased levels of seriousness.

Although the UN in 2016 declined, claiming Baswedan UN Integrity Index (IIUN) increase from the previous year.

There are four quadrants IIUN the first quadrant (IIUN high, the numbers UN high), the second quadrant (IIUN high, the numbers UN low), the third quadrant (IIUN low, numbers UN low), and quadrant four (IIUN low and the numbers UN high).

"If in 2015, the percentage of schools in the four quadrants for high school science as much as 56.6 percent, while in 2016 the percentage of schools in the quadrant was decreased by 41.7 percent," he explained.
